First time fasting

As part of my ‘body and health experimentation’, I decided to try a 24 hour fast for the first time. We were in Fröhden and Mateusz, Artur and Tad all decided to take part in it as well.

One week without alcohol and coffee

I decided to give up alcohol and coffee for a week to see how my body would react. Some friends asked me why I didn’t choose to give up alcohol one week and coffee the week after, but I wanted to challenge myself and do both at the same time.

Losing my vanity

It’s been a few years since I regularly wore makeup. I now enjoy doing my grocery shopping and wandering the streets in tracksuit pants. I did however go to a bar once in my tracky dacks and joggers and that made me feel a bit weird and self conscious. I probably won’t do it again […]

Non foodie

I am not a foodie. I don’t need to try the newest restaurants. I am not one of those people that are ‘into brunch’. I don’t really like going out for breakfast, because most of the time I feel like I could have a better meal at home. Now that we have our own home […]

My lovely Squash

Our fourth chicken death and it doesn’t get easier. I was heartbroken to find out that Squash somehow fell ill, and died a day later. I really wish that I could have been there to pat and cuddle her during her final hours.
